Training
Proper training for managers and employees is essential for a telecommuting program's continued success. Telecommute Connecticut offers two training options:
- Training materials, include the Best Practices Guide, to help you conduct your own training program in-house.
- On-site customized training conducted by our specialists (typically in two phases). First, we train managers, supervisors and selected employees and prepare them to conduct a pilot program. Once the pilot program has been successfully completed, we train the rest of your employees who will be involved in telecommuting.
