Diane Bruno - Human Resource Associate with KardasLarson, LLCDiane Bruno, a Human Resource Associate with KardasLarson, LLC, brings many years of corporate, non-profit and professional services experience to business leaders, helping them to establish and manage the human resource department as well as manage, motivate and retain their best people. She established and led the human resource department in architecture, performing arts and publishing companies and has also performed as a human resource generalist for a financial institution.
Diane holds a BS degree from Northern Illinois University. She also completed a two-year certificate program through the Connecticut School of Finance and Management at Fairfield University.
Robyn Pato, an independent Human Resource consultant, brings over 20 years experience in HR Management and Leadership in the consumer products, pharmaceutical, medical devices and high tech industries with demonstrated expertise in organizational development and effectiveness, alignment of HR strategy to business objectives and implementation of HR systems.
Robyn holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven and is certified in 360 degree feedback processes, selection, and succession planning and change management programs.
Technology Consultants
Barry O'Brien established Partner Consulting Services in 1998 as a division of Partner Communications Group. He assembled a team of telecommunications professionals with extensive working knowledge of technology deployment, operations and expense management. The consulting practice has worked with many large businesses and municipalities in the evaluation and management of complex telecom voice and data platforms. Partner Communications merged with Connecticut Telephone in 2004 to become Connecticut Broadband where he served as Executive Vice President with responsibilities for Network Operations, Information Technologies and Consulting Services. In 2008, Barry formed Partner Consulting LLC as an independent consulting company comprised of over 25 telecommunications consultants.
Prior to Partner, Barry was Vice President of Sales & Service for Southern New England Telephone (SNET). He has been involved in the telecom industry for over thirty years and has held a number of executive and management positions in sales, marketing, product management, and operations.
Barry is a graduate of Trinity College, and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Donald Judson - Data Networking Consultant
Don Judson has been providing network consulting services to Fortune 500 clients in New England for the past 15 years. Don has been part of the Telecommute Connecticut project team since 2007, providing data networking analysis and support.
Don helps employers implement telecommuting programs by providing an assessment of an organization's current technology capabilities, analyzing their telecommuting requirements, and developing a gap analysis that details recommendations for equipment, systems and processes to meet the company's specific telecommuting goals.
His broad experience in the Information Technology industry over the past 20 years has included business development, project management, resource management, and operations roles within the insurance industry. He has served as Vice President of United Healthgroup's Billing and Eligibility Solutions and Director of Application Development Billing and Banking Systems while at CIGNA. Don also has over 10 years of consulting experience, leading projects for Deloitte and Touche Management Consulting, Lucent Technologies, and Resources Connection.
Jane Ladd � Telecommunications Consultant
Jane Ladd has supported the telecommunications requirements of Fortune 500 clients as well as small to mid size businesses for the past 13 years. For Telecommute Connecticut, Jane helps assess, design and implement voice equipment and networking strategies through extensive analysis of business requirements, assessment of technology options and careful planning of implementation options.
For the past 7 years Jane has worked for Partner Consulting LLC managing projects involving global insurance and finance organizations, healthcare providers, and local businesses. She has served on committees for E-911 deployment, mass communication/emergency notification, telecommunications standards revision, policy and procedure development, telecommunications service management and application development.
Before joining Partner Consulting, Jane worked as a consultant proposing and implementing system and network enhancements. Her projects addressed all areas of telecommunications deployment including; telecommunications systems, adjuncts such as voice recording, IVR and wide area network initiatives. Prior to consulting, Jane worked at Aetna coordinating operational activity for large telephone systems.
Jane is a graduate of Providence College where she earned a BS degree in Business Marketing.
Brian Molinari - Information Technology, Infrastructure Consultant
Brian Molinari has been delivering IT infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments for the past 18 years. Brian has been part of the Telecommute Connecticut project team since 2008, providing data networking analysis and support.
Brian helps employers implement telecommuting programs by providing an assessment of an organization's current technology capabilities, analyzing their telecommuting requirements, and developing a gap analysis that details recommendations for equipment, systems and processes to meet the telecommuting goals.
Brian's broad experience in the Information Technology industry over the past 18 years has included product development, project management, resource management, and operations roles.
Brian spent nearly 17 years with Travelers insurance, most recently as the head of data network services. During his tenure at Travelers, Brian leveraged his expertise in infrastructure application architecture and performance engineering to help develop data networking solutions for both corporate-based and telecommuting employees.
For the past year, Brian has functioned as the Infrastructure practice lead for OpenSky, overseeing the delivery of consulting services to clients throughout the New England area.
